Manager, Finance – Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the General Ledger (GL) function, ensuring accurate and timely accounting records and financial reporting.
• Lead and supervise the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Review and monitor AP and AR transactions, reconciliations, and outstanding balances.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, including GL reconciliation and preparation of financial schedules.
• Review financial reports and provide insights on variances, outstanding items, and key financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Lead, guide, and develop the Finance team to ensure effective workflow and achievement of departmental objectives.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other relevant stakeholders when required.
• Support the Finance Director / Senior Management in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related matters.
