Manager Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in financial accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial information, supporting business planning and providing meaningful financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage financial accounting and reporting activities.

* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

* Drive budgeting and forecasting processes.

* Prepare financial plans and track actuals against budgets.

* Analyse budget variances and provide insights to management.

* Ensure accurate accounting and timely closure of books.

* Manage reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.

* Support cash-flow planning and working-capital management.

* Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.

* Develop and maintain MIS and management reports.

* Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

* Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and controls.

* Work closely with business and operational teams on financial planning.

Requirements:

* *CA mandatory.*

* 2–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

* Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.

* Hands-on experience in *budgeting and forecasting*.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Good knowledge of *MS Excel and ERP systems*.

* Ability to interpret financial data and provide business insights.

* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

* Willingness to work across locations / travel as required.

Preferred Profile

Someone who is *hands-on rather than purely reporting-oriented*, with the ability to independently manage accounting, understand financials, work on budgets/forecasts and interact confidently with business stakeholders.
