The incumbent is responsible for overseeing end-to-end credentialing operations for assigned client portfolios, ensuring timely provider enrollment, maintaining quality standards, managing team performance, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, ISO, and organizational requirements. The role also includes workforce planning, reporting, quality assurance, training, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Company level financial oversights and dashboards preparation.
• Weekly reporting and performance tracking
• Monthly Management presentation preparation
• Client & Service-line deep-dive analysis
• Financial Planning & Reporting structure
• Growth, Pricing & Strategic Initiatives Support

Qualifications/Criteria:

• Professional qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CA/MBA-Finance
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in FP&A, Consulting, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance or Strategic Operations.
• Experience in RCM, healthcare services, BPO/KPO, IT-enabled services, SaaS, or advisory firms
• Familiarity with US healthcare revenue cycle metrics and terminology (e.g., days in AR, net collection rate, denials) is a strong advantage; willingness to learn quickly is essential.
• Excellent experience in Excel, Power point / Google Sheets financial modelling skills.
