Manager - Finance System & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, global rollout, and scope management of SunSystems SaaS projects
• Govern system standards, controls, best practices, and the long-term technology enhancement roadmap
• Configure core SunSystems modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Budgeting
• Design API integrations connecting SunSystems to ERP, Treasury, Banking, and Freight/Logistics operating systems
• Oversee critical data management tasks, including migration, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutovers
• Coordinate internal business stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners to ensure timely delivery
• Drive change management programs, including SIT/UAT testing strategies, user workshops, and training delivery
• Identify workflow optimization opportunities and financial technology developments to elevate reporting quality

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Infor SunSystems, with a proven track record in SaaS migration or implementation projects
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CIMA is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of finance operations (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Consolidation, and Financial Reporting)
• Solid experience in API integration, data migration, middleware platforms, and system interfaces
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure with multiple competing priorities

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin
