Manager Financial Planning and Reporting

We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for a Manager Financial Planning and Reporting for a leading FMCG company based in Colombo.

Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and process excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Manager Financial Planning and Reporting to join a FMCG company to play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, accounting standards, and internal control requirements.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and perform in-depth financial analysis.
• Coordinate external audits and statutory reporting obligations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Drive reporting efficiency through continuous process improvements while ensuring timely delivery of reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification or finalist status in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
• An MBA or MSc in Finance will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and internal financial controls.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
