Manager Financial Reporting (Mandarin Speaker)

Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring high quality, compliance and efficiency of Financial Reporting service delivery in line with SLA, handling of ad-hoc requests and developing/offering (customized) solutions to business partners in US & CA and assigned legal entities.
• Identifying business partners requirements and maintaining regular exchange and good cooperation.
• Disciplinary leading service team including resource planning/recruiting, activity allocation and budget control. Ensuring a good working environment and employees motivation through recognition, target setting, performance evaluation, development, and feedback.
• Supporting development and optimization of service processes and fostering the use of digital technologies to enhance value creation.
• Participating in global or regional Financial Reporting as well as local Hub projects and initiatives in various roles.
• Pro-actively contributing to and driving discussions in Financial Reporting Management team with regards of organizational development

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Experience
• Min 10 to 20 years of professional experience in finance or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
