  • Oversee engineering research and analysis of aircraft components using applicable technical, engineering and regulatory documentation.
  • Maintain fleet configuration accuracy, including effectivity, interchangeability and associated FMIS records.
  • Direct periodic audits of configuration and supplemental data to ensure alignment with actual fleet status and engineering changes.
  • Ensure aircraft parts are properly documented, traceable and authorized, including configuration lineage and effectivity.
  • Oversee review and analysis of configuration-change requests and related technical records.

Lead engineering documentation and compliance

  • Review, update and approve engineering documents supporting fleet modifications and reliability.
  • Ensure technical and regulatory compliance through review of applicable 14 CFR requirements, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, engineering documents and vendor technical materials.
  • Create, modify, review and approve engineering configuration documentation and FMIS entries within delegated authority.
  • Generate, review and approve Publication Change Requests and applicable Service Bulletin tracking items.
  • Exercise Engineering Management signature authority and delegated approval authority as assigned.

Coordinate across the operation

  • Partner with Maintenance, Planning, Materials, Engineering, OEMs, vendors and lessors to maintain alignment between Frontier’s Maintenance Program and aircraft, assembly and component modification status.
  • Manage vendor technical and contractual obligations related to engineering and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve documentation and configuration discrepancies with internal and external partners.
  • Support maintenance teams with interpretation and analysis of aircraft reliability and configuration information.

Strengthen engineering processes and the team
