Manager- Founder Office

We’re hiring: Manager – Founder’s Office | Gurugram

I’m looking for someone who can take an important conversation and turn it into completed action.

At BuildMyInfra and 13SQFT, we’re connecting infrastructure discovery, procurement and asset management via Technology, and we’re now scaling across India and into the GCC. The next 18 months are decisive, and we need a partner who multiplies my bandwidth.

You’ll work directly with the Founder and top Management, with a front-row seat to fundraising, partnerships and international expansion.

What you’ll do

• Own the key priorities and drive commitments to closure with business heads
• Run weekly reviews, consolidate MIS and flag gaps across sales, collections and projects
• Prepare research briefs, presentations, proposals and meeting notes
• Support fundraising, strategic partnerships and GCC expansion through preparation and follow-through
• Help turn ideas and business experiences into LinkedIn content, and coordinate company campaigns, agencies and events
• Keep the calendar and meeting priorities in order, so my time goes where it matters

You might be a fit if you

• Have 4-7 years in a founder’s office, consulting, business operations, strategy or marketing
• Write clearly, build sharp presentations, and are comfortable with Excel and business numbers
• Follow up confidently with senior stakeholders, and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Use AI tools well for research, content and productivity

MBA is plus.
