Manager, FP&A - AI Enablement

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, FP&A - AI Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead the finance organization’s efforts to identify, test, and scale AI-enabled solutions that improve planning, reporting, and deliverable quality. You will partner closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical workflows that support day-to-day financial operations. The position also plays a key role in governance, user adoption, and ensuring new tools integrate effectively with core financial systems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,500 – $207,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, testing, and scaling of AI tools in Finance
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for financial deliverables
• Collaborate with IT and finance to implement business solutions
• Establish governance standards for responsible AI use
• Train finance users on AI-enabled processes
• Ensure compatibility of AI tools with financial systems

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or digital transformation
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or RPA in finance
• Familiarity with ERP/planning systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's or CPA/CMA/CFA preferred
• Strong communication skills for translating technical AI concepts
