Manager- FP&A

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Manager- FPA in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the month-end close process for timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting models to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Total years of experience: 7 to 9 years.
• Must have experience in Supply Chain Finance (SCF).
• CA/CMA/MBA Finance or equivalent degree.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
