Manager, FP&A - MCE V2500 (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will play a key part in supporting fleet management contract finance activities, with a focus on contract performance, forecasting, and financial analysis. The manager will partner closely with operational and finance stakeholders to support decision-making, closing processes, and customer-facing financial deliverables. This is a highly visible position that requires strong analytical rigor and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, contract-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Calculate and analyze contract estimates at completion (EACs) for fleet management contracts
• Prepare and present financial analysis related to contract EACs to cross-functional teams and external auditors
• Support financial analysis for customer proposals and contract restructuring activities
• Support monthly and annual closing activities for multiple fleet management contracts
• Coordinate quarterly Remaining Performance Obligation (RPO) and backlog processes
• Assist in annual rate recalculations for fleet management contracts and support invoicing activities
• Provide financial oversight and support to fleet managers across various contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 8+ years of applicable work experience, or an advanced degree and 5+ years of applicable work experience
• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Aftermarket, Financial Planning and Analysis, or long-term contract accounting
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels and familiarity with financial systems such as SAP
• Self-motivated team player able to manage multiple high-priority projects with minimal direction
