Manager, Fund Operations

Our client, a financial institution, is seeking experienced professional to join them for their business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relationship with institutional or individual business clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for meeting needs of the business partners
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process of new funds from business partners
• Advise management and business partners on investment fund products and services
• Support marketing or business development events or activities
• Provide updated market information, trends and analysis of funds performance
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Min 5 years of experience in fund industry, e.g. fund operations, client services
• Sound knowledge of investment fund products
• New Funds set up experience will be an asset
• Familiar with regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and linguistic skills (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)
• Good understanding of Funds performance and investment market
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
