We are an established 100% export oriented Bag manufacturing unit. We are looking for an experienced Manager - General Admin to oversee day-to-day administrative operations at our factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Factory & Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative activities, facility maintenance, and cleanliness across production floors and offices.
• Compliance & Liaison: Handle liaison with local government offices, police, fire service, and other regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with labor law, factory licensing, and other statutory requirements
• Security Management: Supervise the internal security team, CCTV operations, and access control to safeguard factory assets and raw materials. Manage overall security, housekeeping, and utility services.
• Transport & Logistics: Coordinate factory transport fleets, including vehicle maintenance, fuel monitoring, and scheduling.
• Labor & Welfare Support: Assist HR with worker welfare, handling grievances, worker transport, and maintaining a healthy work environment.
