Manager, Generative AI Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Generative AI Engineer to help design and deliver intelligent agent-based solutions in a fast-moving enterprise environment. This role is a great fit for someone who combines strong software engineering skills with solution architecture thinking and a passion for turning AI concepts into practical business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows that address complex business needs
• Develop scalable solutions using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous agents
• Create multi-step AI workflows that connect with enterprise systems, APIs, and business processes
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities and deliver production-ready AI solutions
• Evaluate emerging tools and frameworks to improve delivery speed, solution quality, and development efficiency
• Ensure solutions are built with enterprise expectations for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
• Help shape foundational AI capabilities that can be reused across the organization

Skills

• Experience building and deploying AI agents in enterprise settings
• Strong understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and agent architecture
• Solid software engineering background with experience in API integration, system design, and application development
• Ability to think strategically about solution design and communicate technical ideas clearly
• Client-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to delivering business value
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI-assisted development platform such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or Slingshot

Preferred Skills

• Experience using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or LangSmith
• Familiarity with cloud-native AI architecture and MLOps best practices
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and business applications
• Background working in financial services or asset management environments
• Experience leading AI solution discussions and presenting architecture recommendations
