Position target: The Manager, Spot Quotes 24x7 Centre is responsible for leading and developing a global 24/7 Spot Quotes operation that delivers high-quality, customer-focused quotation services across multiple regions, customers, and transport modes.

This role is accountable not only for day-to-day operational management but also for defining the long-term strategy of the Spot Quotes Centre, driving continuous improvement, implementing automation and digital solutions, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and building a high-performing team capable of supporting future business growth.

The Manager acts as a business leader, change agent, and process owner, ensuring the organization continuously improves speed, quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and win rates.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for team management.
• Efficient Management of employees – including hiring, motivating, couching, training, employee development and overseeing, etc.
• Planning and coordination of tasks related to implementation of recruitment and efficient use of resources. 4. Development of reporting tools enabling to follow the efficient usage of available resources.
• Focus on continuous improvement, automation, optimization and efficiency increase within the team.
• Development of department products offer.
• Making sure that the quality of service provided is always within the agreed limits.
• Make sure that processes are executed according to procedures and requirements.
• Report to stakeholders on regular and agreed times.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
• Responsibility for financial result of the team.
• Other tasks requested by the superior.
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company.
• Behaviors and attitudes consistent with DSV values.
• Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.

Education and skills:

• University Graduate (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Transportation or related field are preferable) – preferred.
• English language at least at a C1 level.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Minimal work experience:

• Significant leadership experience within logistics, transportation, commercial support, pricing, quotations, customer service, or shared services environments.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operational teams in a global environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing senior leaders.
