Manager, Global Distribution Analytics & AI Automation

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Global Distribution Analytics & AI Automation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead analytics and automation efforts across a global distribution environment, turning complex sales and channel data into actionable insights for senior leadership. The manager will own the business intelligence framework that supports multi-regional performance tracking, distributor reporting, and decision-making across product categories. In addition, this position will help drive AI-enabled workflow improvements that strengthen operational visibility, data quality, and integration across systems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $149,000 – $240,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize business intelligence dashboards for senior leadership
• Synthesize data to provide multi-regional analysis across various product categories
• Manage the global data model for channel performance tracking
• Write and optimize SQL queries for standardizing distributor data
• Collaborate to design AI-driven workflow automations for inventory monitoring
• Create validation rules to reconcile POS transactions with pricing agreements
• Lead integration projects connecting vendor systems to cloud marketplaces

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence focused on global sales and distribution
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau for diverse product types
• Knowledge of AI and Automation with tools such as Python, Zapier, and Alteryx
• Understanding of EDI standards and data integration protocols, including REST APIs and Webhooks
• Strong grasp of ERP and CRM data structures, including Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle
