What You’ll Do

• Oversee and refine the postgraduate admissions process, ensuring every applicant receives clear, timely, and supportive communication.
• Design and implement communication strategies for prospective students, faculty, and managers.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance admissions operations and consistency.
• Use data and market analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
• Guide your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining compliance with university policies.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or people-management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data tools such as Microsoft Co-pilot, Power BI and/or experience in the use of technology to advance your cause is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A service-oriented leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
