Manager – Group General Affairs

主要职责:

·         负责公司公文管理，包括公文的起草、审核、流转及归档；

·         负责起草公司重要文稿、重要报告、领导讲话、撰写总结报告等文件材料；

·         负责沟通各业务单元和各部门，汇总收集业务信息数据，撰写总结报告；

·         负责协调公司重大会议，完成议题征集、材料准备、纪要编发等工作；

·         完成交办的其他任务。

要求:

·       大学本科以上学历、硕士优先。

·       至少5年以上综合管理、办公室、综合文字相关工作经验，其中3年以上央企办公室任职经历优先。

·       熟悉公文处理规范及央企议事规则，能独立完成高质量领导讲话稿、汇报材料。

·       有在中资起草过公司整体或负责人重要文稿经历者优先。

·       具备较强的公文写作和语言表达能力，中英文流利，广东话能沟通。

·       严谨细致、执行力强、抗压能力强、快节奏工作。

·       有良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神。
