Manager / Group Lead Crop Nutrition Formulation

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop innovative Crop Nutrition formulation/ Platform technology products based on inputs from a cross-functional team that could be patentable.
• Work with a cross-functional team across the organisation for the smooth transfer of technology from the lab to the plant.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of information
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements of Nutrition formulations during formulation development and adapting to regulatory changes that may happen during the Nutrition Formulation development cycle.
• Should be conversant and have experience of Formulation technologies such as WGs, SCs, ZCs, EWs, CS. etc.
• Should be well updated on the new ongoing Trends in Crop Nutrition
• Work actively with field and product development researchers to address problems in the field.
• The candidate must demonstrate creativity in solving problems related to nutrition formulation development.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualification

• The candidates should have a Master's/PhD in Life Sciences, such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, from a reputed institute.

Experience

• 8 to 12 years of experience in chemical or life sciences
• Good written and oral communication in English is a must.
• Good analytical/conceptual/logical skills
• Must have proficient computer skills
• The candidate will be well-versed and have hands-on experience with all types of crop nutrition formulations
• Must have passion in exploiting novel techniques and materials for encapsulation and nanoformulations.
• Being an inventor on patents for novel formulations is also desirable.
• Knowledge of Biological formulation will be an advantage
