• Leading and guiding staff to prepare and fulfill their responsibilities within the unit.

2. Ensuring Laboratory Service Quality

Achieve high-quality laboratory services by:

• Implementing hospital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for patient care and applying strong management skills in laboratory processes.
• Communicating respectfully and professionally with patients.
• Maintaining effective and professional communication with staff and other departments.

Administrative Function

1. Deliver safe and effective services to achieve customer satisfaction by:

• Ensuring all competencies and orientation checklists are completed within the stipulated time frame.
• Addressing customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Attending and coordinating mandatory staff programs organized by the hospital to keep laboratory knowledge and skills up to date.

2. Ensuring Financial Viability

Maintain financial sustainability by:

• Collaborating with the Laboratory Management Team to control expenditures within budgetary limits and proactively implementing cost-saving measures across all sections.
• Leading decision-making processes for the procurement of new laboratory equipment.
