Manager - House Keeping

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations at a shopping mall. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing third-party janitorial staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily housekeeping operations across the mall, including common areas, washrooms, food court, corridors, parking areas, and other facilities.
Supervise and monitor third-party janitorial staff to ensure adequate manpower, attendance, discipline, and performance.
Coordinate with housekeeping contractors regarding staffing, cleaning schedules, and service quality.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor the availability and proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Handle housekeeping complaints promptly and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Maintain daily inspection reports, manpower records, and contractor performance reports.

Requirements:
6–8 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a shopping mall, hotel, hospital, or large commercial facility.
Proven hands-on experience managing third-party janitorial staff and housekeeping contractors.
Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, hygiene standards, and cleaning equipment.
Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage large teams and ensure service quality across multiple areas.
