Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, compensation & benefits administration.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company goals.
• Foster a positive work culture by promoting open communication among employees and addressing employee grievances promptly.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks related to payroll processing, statutory compliances, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations role in matching Industry (Hospitality, F&B, Theatres)
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably specialization in HR/Industrial Relations). Candidate must have scored at least 60% marks. Full time degree only.
• Strong understanding of Compensation & Benefits principles; ability to design competitive packages that attract top talent.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
