Job Context : Sako Landmark Ltd. is looking for talented, energetic and experienced professionals to join our team for the following positions:

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities and client engagement programs.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for Management.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth execution of marketing activities.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 7 years
• Education: master of business administration in human resource management
• Skills: marketing skills, sales management, sales and marketing alignment, sales hiring, corporate sales, marketing c&aigns, sales targets, sponsorship sales, sales strategy development, sales management coaching
