About the role

Manage and oversee all HR & General Affairs activities, including drafting, reviewing, and managing employment contracts and HR-related documents. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while leading the HR & GA team and providing reports and recommendations to management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all HR & General Affairs activities
• Draft, review, and manage employment contracts and HR-related documents
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and employee database management
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Manage employee relations and performance management
• Lead the HR & GA team and provide reports and recommendations to management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & GA
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
• Strong ability to draft and review employment contracts
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and strategically
