MANAGER, HR

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing Human Resources and Licensing functions to ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures and statutory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Provide HR advisory and support to Management on human capital matters.
• Oversee payroll administration and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and others.
• Manage and ensure timely submission of all HR and licensing related reports, notifications, and filing to the relevant regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with all applicable employment-related registration and statutory requirement.
• Oversee licensing matters, including applications, renewals, registrations, transfers and cessations.
• Monitor CPE/CPD requirements for licensed personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in handling licensing administration and regulatory reporting.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate closely with colleagues.
