Mandatory Requirements

• Master's Degree in Human Resources / MBA HR / MSW
• 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience
• Experience in Automobile Dealerships, Automotive Retail, or related Service Industries preferred
• Hands-on experience in Labor Laws and Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
• Experience in Payroll Management, Attendance Management, and HR Operations
• Experience in Volume Hiring / Bulk Hiring and Frontline Workforce Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Employee Training Programs

About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions across dealership operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of dealership workforce dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for dealership roles
• Employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
• Attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations
• Employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and retention programs
• Performance management and appraisal coordination
• Training and development programs for dealership employees
• Labor law compliance and statutory documentation
• Employee relations, grievance handling, and HR reporting

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management
• Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Statutory Compliance
• Payroll and Attendance Management experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
