Manager - HR

Designation: Manager - Human Resources

Experience: 10–15 years ( 3–5 years in HR Generalist experience mandatory)

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes aligned with business requirements.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing and workforce requirements.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation and HR databases.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, absenteeism, hiring, and other HR metrics.
• Support organizational development, culture-building, and change-management initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation of company policies and HR best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with managerial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Good understanding of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS systems.
