Responsibilities

• Liaison professionals connect organizations, departments, agencies, or communities, aligning expectations, facilitating information flow, and coordinating actions so work progresses smoothly and without misunderstandings.
• Communication with factories department for submission of yearly returns i.e., Form-2 & Form-AR, Inspections, submission of accidental reports (Form-18) and maintaining records from time to time.
• Provident fund registration, calculations, UAN Numbers generated, submission of monthly returns through online, payments through online applying for P.F withdrawals, transfers, death claims and communication for any queries.
• ESI registration, calculations, new employees details updating through online, online challan generation payment paid through online.
• Submission of Employment Exchange returns for every quarter & yearly i.e., ER-I &ER-II.
