Manager HR

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations and Recruitment.
• Handle manpower planning, hiring, onboarding and exit formalities.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave and HR MIS.
• Ensure statutory and labour law compliance.
• Handle employee engagement, grievances and performance management.
• Develop HR policies and streamline HR processes.
• Coordinate with management and department heads on HR matters.

Preferred candidate profile

• 57 years of hands-on HR Generalist / HR Operations experience.
• Strong in Recruitment, Payroll, HR Operations and Statutory Compliance.
• Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management and HR MIS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/ERP.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Candidates from any industry are welcome.
