Job Description Job Title: Manager – HR Location: Bengaluru Reports To: Managing Director / Senior Management Department: Human Resources Experience: 5–8 Years Job Overview The role is responsible for managing the overall HR function and ensuring a productive, engaged and disciplined workplace. The HR Manager will work closely with management and HODs to implement effective HR processes, policies and peoplemanagement practices. Responsibilities & Duties Manage overall HR Operations and employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities. Develop, implement and monitor HR policies, systems and procedures across the organization. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues. Coordinate and manage Performance Management, appraisal and employee confirmation processes. Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, etc. Coordinate with Accounts for payroll processing, salary inputs, attendance and leave-related matters. Monitor attendance, absenteeism, leave and employee discipline. Plan and organize employee engagement and retention initiatives. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation. Work closely with HODs and the Talent Acquisition team on manpower planning and hiring requirements. Prepare HR MIS, reports and workforce-related data for management review. Support management in organizational development, employee productivity and workplace improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management / HRM preferred. 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing / engineering organization. Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Relations and Labour Laws. People-oriented and result-driven. Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to independently manage HR activities and work closely with senior management and HODs. High level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
