Are you an experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for people development? We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our HR function, strengthen talent management, and align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
• Oversee manpower planning, competency gap analysis, and talent development.
• Develop and implement training, performance management, compensation, and employee retention strategies.
• Manage employee relations, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with the Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Employment Act, Industrial Relations requirements, and other applicable regulations.
• Review HR policies, procedures, systems, and processes to improve efficiency.
• Partner with senior management and department heads on HR strategies and workforce planning.
• Lead, coach, and guide the HR team.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in an HR managerial role.
• Good working knowledge of labour laws and Industrial Relations.
• Experience with HRMS and payroll systems; QuickPay knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• HR professional certification or membership (SHRM/AHRI) is an advantage.
