What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in technology, EdTech, startup or fast-paced organizations.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and performance management skills.
- Creative, proactive and highly solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
