Job Overview

Sharma Enterprises is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and support end-to-end HR activities across its corporate office and factory locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, Industrial Relations, employee relations, and labour law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
• Oversee attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate payroll activities with the relevant teams.
• Handle employee relations and grievance management.
• Manage Industrial Relations (IR) matters at factory locations.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance management activities.
• Plan and support training and development initiatives.
• Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee exit formalities.

Candidate Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and generalist functions.
• Experience handling employee relations, Industrial Relations, and factory HR matters.
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support HR operations across multiple locations.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
