Manager HR / IR

We are seeking a competent and people-oriented HR professional with strong knowledge of HR management practices, organizational development, labour laws, HRMS applications, finance fundamentals, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, along with a thorough understanding of statutory compliance, workforce management, and HR operations. The candidate should have excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong empathetic approach toward employees and organizational needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth, employee engagement, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies by managing grievances, performance management systems, and personnel records.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee welfare initiatives, training programs, and conflict resolution processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in human resources operations.
