Role & responsibilities

HR Operations & Process Excellence

• Manage and continuously improve end-to-end HR operational processes.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, duplication and manual interventions.
• Drive process standardization and implement best practices across HR operations.
• Develop and maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, workflows and process governance.
• Monitor operational SLAs, turnaround times and process effectiveness.

2. HR Process Automation & Digitalization

• Identify HR processes that can be automated and lead automation initiatives.
• Partner with HR, IT and technology teams to implement HR automation solutions.

3. HR Analytics & MIS

• Develop and manage HR dashboards, MIS and analytical reports for management.
• Analyze workforce and HR operational data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Build dashboards covering key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, headcount, employee movements, absenteeism, productivity and

4. HR Technology & Systems

• Work closely with HRIS/IT teams for enhancement and optimization of HR systems.
• Identify system gaps and recommend improvements in HR technology.

Preferred candidate profile

Full time MBA

Should have worked on tools like Power BI etc.
