Hiring Alert – HR Operations Executive (Real Estate Experience Must Have)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on interview & experience)

Key Responsibilities

1. Offer Letter & Employee Onboarding

• Prepare and release offer letters
• Coordinate background verification and joining formalities
• Complete onboarding documentation for new employees

2. Keka HRMS Management

• Maintain employee data, attendance, leave and employee profiles
• Manage new-joiner onboarding on Keka
• Maintain accurate employee data for the payroll team

3. Employee Documentation

• Maintain employee files including Aadhaar, PAN, educational documents, bank details and appointment letters
• Ensure proper digital and physical record keeping
• Keep employee documentation updated and organized

4. Sales & Real Estate Documentation

• Handle sales team documentation such as booking forms and KYC
• Verify required documents and maintain proper records
• Coordinate with relevant teams for documentation-related requirements

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Operations
• Keka HRMS knowledge is mandatory
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Candidate should be based in Noida or be comfortable working from Noida Sector 136
• Experience in Real Estate will be an added advantage
