What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Previous experience in the garment or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Experienced in managing a large workforce, particularly blue-collar workers and production operators.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, manpower planning, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and their implementation.
- Experienced in handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, labor disputes, and termination processes.
- Familiar with HR compliance, social compliance, and buyer requirements is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of garment production workforce requirements, including Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, Packing, QC, Technical, and Maintenance.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively collaborate with Production, PPIC, QA/QC, Finance, Compliance, and other departments.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage a large workforce.
