About the role

Manager HR responsible for designing and executing human resource management strategies aligned with the company's vision and long-term objectives. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior management and employees, building a productive work culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute HR management strategies aligned with company vision and long-term objectives
• Develop, evaluate, and update internal company policies and work regulations to ensure compliance with applicable labour laws
• Oversee the entire recruitment and selection cycle from workforce needs assessment to talent placement
• Identify training needs, develop employee capacity development programs, and manage periodic performance evaluation systems
• Handle industrial relations issues, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain employee retention and engagement levels
• Oversee personnel administration, payroll management, and ensure effective daily HR operations
• Act as mediator and strategic partner to senior management and employees to build productive work culture

About you

• Minimum S1 education from Psychology, HR Management, Public Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of work experience in HR, with at least 2 years of managerial experience
• Mastery of Indonesian labour regulations and labour laws
• Understanding of HRIS operations, payroll management, recruitment techniques, and KPI development
• Mature leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality of company data
