About the role

Full responsibility for administration, personnel and general management of the Indonesian factory.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment, training, performance management, salary management, and handling of employment relations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
• Management of factory administrative personnel and other logistics support work
• Responsibility for visas, residence permits (KITAS) and work permits (IMTA) for Chinese/Korean employees sent abroad
• Liaison with Indonesian regional government, Immigration Bureau, Ministry of Labor, and industrial park management to handle various administrative reports and inspections
• Formulation and implementation of company administration and personnel systems, and promotion of localisation system development

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in related fields such as human resource management, administrative management, law or similar
• Administrative personnel management experience of more than 5 years, with Indonesian factory/manufacturing experience preferred
• Fluent in Indonesian, Korean and Chinese able to handle daily communication with regional government and employees independently
• Understanding of Indonesian labor law, visa policy and regulations related to special economic zones
• Cross-cultural communication skills and ability to handle relationships between foreign and local employees
• Foreign nationals must meet Indonesian work visa requirements
