Manager - Human Resources

Role Synopsis

The HR Manager will support operational teams by managing recruitment, employee

lifecycle processes, performance management frameworks, and HR compliance in a fast-

paced BPO environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring for operational and support roles

• Coordinate interviews and work closely with process managers

• Support onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation

• Manage performance review cycles and employee feedback processes

• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance

• Maintain HR reporting and employee engagement initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

• Familiarity with performance management, compensation and benefits, statutory

compliance, rewards and recognition, employee retention, and talent acquisition

• Ability to work closely with operational leaders in a service environment

• Comfortable balancing administrative HR processes with employee engagement

• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across teams

Experience & Educational Background

• 4 - 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO or service organization

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Exposure to HR support for large operational teams preferred

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
