Manager Human Resources

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager Human Resources to lead key HR functions and support effective people management across the organization and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for Head Office and project sites.
• Lead the performance management and annual appraisal process, including KPI setting and evaluations.
• Develop and implement training and development initiatives based on organizational and employee needs.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, grievances, counseling, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, EOBI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
• Support salary reviews, internal parity, compensation, and benefits.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports related to manpower, recruitment, turnover, attendance, training, and performance.
• Ensure effective use of HRIS/FlowHCM and continuously improve HR processes.
• Provide HR support and guidance to management and departmental heads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/MS in HR will be preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in EPC, Engineering, Construction, Power, or project-based organizations.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS systems.
