• Responsible for end to end recruitment and talent acquisition (2 to 4 positions per month)
• Implement AI driven tools and data analytics for HR functions
• Managing the HRMS application and collaborate on process automation
• Reviewing HR policies and adhering to related HR compliance and best practices
• Leverage AI tools and e-learning platforms for continuous developmen
• Strengthen the company’s position as a preferred Employer within the financial services domain
