Job Overview

As the Manager of Rewards and Performance Management, you will drive the strategic design and implementation of the Group’s compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks. Acting as the business owner for these functional areas, you will ensure alignment with corporate goals, drive pay-for-performance principles, and partner with HRIS to deliver seamless digital HR experiences.

Responsibilities

Strategic Reward Framework & Governance

  • Lead the design and recommendation of a competitive, sustainable Reward Framework, embedding strong pay-for-performance principles.

  • Oversee comprehensive Job Architecture reviews and frontline pay competitiveness assessments to ensure market alignment.

  • Prepare high-level submission materials and cost insights for the Remuneration Committee (RemCo), Board meetings, and monthly CEO staff cost reviews

Performance Culture, Talent & Succession

  • Drive a high-performance culture by strengthening KPI quality, enhancing the calibration process, and improving manager accountability across all entities.
  • Lead the strategic review and implementation of the Group’s Competency Framework, defining behavioural indicators by level and establishing clearer career pathways.
  • Launch and oversee the Talent Review and Succession planning cycles, developing frameworks for talent identification and high-potential employee development.

HR Digital Transformation & HRIS Partnership

  • Act as the primary business owner for C&B and Performance Management modules (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), partnering closely with the dedicated HRIS team to drive system enhancements.
  • Define clear business requirements for major digital initiatives, including the deployment of 360-degree feedback for the management population and the Group-wide KPI-setting framework on SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT to implement system automations for complex workflows, ensuring systems accurately reflect approved HR policies and frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications are highly advantageous.

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Performance Management, and Talent Management, preferably within a complex, multi-entity conglomerate or matrixed organization.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale HR projects from scratch, specifically in designing Job Architectures, Competency Frameworks, and Pay-for-Performance structures.

  • Substantial experience preparing high-level reports, variance analyses, and presentation materials for senior executives, Board of Directors, and Remuneration Committees (RemCo).

  • Demonstrated experience acting as the business lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HR digitalization projects and system implementations is highly desirable.

  • Ability to translate overarching business goals into actionable, sustainable reward and performance strategies. Strong financial acumen for staff cost governance and budget oversight.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across different business units to a single Group standard.

  • Strong project management and team leadership skills, capable of driving accountability and embedding a high-performance culture across management levels.

  • Deep understanding of market benchmarking methodologies (e.g., WTW) and advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms to drive digital transformation.
