Manager, Hybrid Sales Development

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Hybrid Sales Development to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $137,000 – $219,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Focus on hiring to maintain team headcount needs
• Onboard, coach, and manage a team of Hybrid Development Representatives (HDR)
• Lead by example to instill the company’s core values and a high-performance culture
• Oversee daily activities, coaching, and career development of team members
• Monitor productivity metrics to identify opportunities and drive results
• Report team outcomes and impact to senior leadership weekly
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on opportunity pursuit

Qualifications

• 1+ years of direct management experience in sales is a plus
• Proven success in building inside sales teams that generate revenue
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience exceeding sales goals and managing key performance metrics
• Self-motivated and adaptable under pressure; strong creative and empathetic skills
