  • Motivate and recognize team members through effective coaching, incentives, and performance management.
  • Report operational and financial performance metrics to senior management, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate and support the adoption of new sales technologies, enablement tools, and programs that improve team productivity and results.
  • Serve as a mentor and role model, promoting a positive team culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Direct experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR), combined with relevant team leadership or management experience.
  • At least two years of SDR management experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling, beyond managing inbound lead generation.
  • Proven track record of leading a high-performing inside sales team and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation, prospecting workflows, and sales development best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop individuals with different strengths and needs.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data, prepare reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, including the ability to use sales technology to monitor performance and manage sales processes.
  • Experience with Salesloft and related sales technology tools is strongly preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive approach to leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Openness to different backgrounds and perspectives, with a commitment to building an inclusive and supportive team.
