What is in it for you

As a Lead Business Analyst (Pharma, Supply Chain, Finance and HR) , you will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, owning end-to-end requirement management across the ZEAIP program. You will provide cross-functional business analysis leadership across Pharma operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Analytics, and AI use cases, translating business needs into actionable product backlogs and measurable delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities: -

• Lead discovery workshops, requirement elicitation, and business process analysis across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Pharma functions.
• Define, document, prioritize, and manage business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and delivery pods to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Drive backlog refinement, requirement traceability, scope management, and business sign-offs across releases and workstreams.
• Support UAT planning, business validation, release readiness, and adoption activities.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies, process impacts, and opportunities for AI, analytics, automation, and process improvement.
• Act as the single business analysis lead across all releases and workstreams, ensure consistent requirement quality and governance.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technology teams to resolve requirement gaps, dependencies, and delivery risks.Ensure business requirements translate into actionable product backlogs and delivery outcomes throughout the program lifecycle

Educational Qualifications: -

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Mandatory Skills: -

• Ensure consistent business alignment, requirement quality, and cross-functional coordination across Finance, HR, Data, AI, and Platform workstreams throughout the program lifecycle.
