Manager - Identity Practice

For our client, we are seeking a Manager - Identity Practice to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will guide a specialized identity consulting function with a focus on delivery excellence, practice growth, and strategic client advisory. The manager will work closely with sales, delivery, and other internal stakeholders to shape identity solutions that align with market needs and support business expansion. In addition to leading a team of identity professionals, this person will help set standards, strengthen execution, and elevate the organization's presence in the identity security space.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $225,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an identity consulting team
• Oversee delivery of identity engagements, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Serve as a trusted advisor on identity and access management strategies
• Establish standards and best practices across identity services
• Drive growth through pre-sales support and thought leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align identity offerings with market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of hands-on delivery leadership experience in identity technologies
• 5+ years in a practice management, delivery management, or similar role
• Broad knowledge of identity security domains including IAM, PAM, and cloud identity
• Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent
