Manager Image and Video Editor

Role & responsibilities

Standards & Guidelines

• Define category-level image specs count, angle, resolution, props/models.
• Evolve guidelines with emerging visual & e-commerce trends.
• Drive innovation for informative visuals that aid buying decisions. Budget & Planning
• Own annual photoshoot budget (in-house + agency).
• Plan photoshoots as required.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with Buying/DCMs/OL and other teams to schedule shoots and close cross-functional projects.

Team & Agency Leadership

• Lead image/video team + external agencies for catalog and PDP updates
• Track agency output/TAT via FTP for full visibility.
• Review and approve deliverables for quality and guideline adherence. Coverage & Quality Assurance
• Ensure complete, accurate imagery/video coverage across the catalog.
• Track SKU-level coverage; close gaps proactively.
• Ensure optimal rendering across mobile, PC, tablet.

Innovation & Implementation

• Create sample visuals/videos for new formats; drive approvals.
• Implement approved formats on the website with tech/web teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Design, Photography, Media, Marketing, or related field

• 58+ years in catalog imagery/video, retail or e-commerce preferred

• Experience managing studios, agencies, or in-house creative teams

• Experience with large SKU catalogs & cross-functional teams

• Expert in Photoshop (or equivalent) + strong Excel skills

• Hands-on with AI image-generation tools (prompt-based)
