Manager, Implementation (Benefits)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Implementation (Benefits) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee a global team focused on benefits administration implementations and customer success outcomes. You will partner closely with sales, product, engineering, and insurance operations to improve processes, support product launches, and strengthen the customer experience. The position combines team leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,000 – $166,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Mentor, hire, and lead a global team of benefits administration product specialists
• Drive the implementation team to achieve key metrics, including productivity and CSAT
• Design and revise documentation to support team success
• Streamline direct and broker benefits administration implementation processes
• Collaborate with product and sales teams on benefits administration qualification processes
• Support global benefits administration product launches by developing customer education resources and facilitating training
• Act as the voice of the customer experience for benefits, contributing to product development
• Coordinate with insurance operations and engineering teams to address issues and enhance product features

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing SaaS products
• 5+ years of benefits administration experience, implementation preferred
• 3+ years of experience in team management
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Self-starter with a proactive and dynamic work ethic
• Data-driven leader with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Experience fostering a learning and people-first team culture
