We’re looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. You will receive hands-on training across all areas of the business, including team leadership, operations, and customer service.

  • Training to drive sales performance and implementing strategies to grow results and profitability
  • Training to recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team to perform at their best

  • Training to manage stock levels, ordering products, and maintaining strong inventory control
  • Training to oversee store budgets and expenses to meet financial targets
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store that reflects brand standards
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sales focus with a track record of achieving (and exceeding) targets

  • A passion for customer service and relationship building

  • Experience with inventory management and budgeting

  • Flexibility to work across weekends and peak retail periods

Why Join Eureka Furniture?

  • A supportive, hands-on leadership role where your impact is visible every day
  • The chance to grow your career with a trusted Australian retail brand
  • A team-focused culture that values energy, ownership, and results

If you’re ready to step into a leadership role where you can truly make your mark, we’d love to hear from you.
